Program Description
Gentle Voice Group SMS Notifications may send SMS/MMS messages related to phone calls, service inquiries, requested documents, follow-up messages, appointment or scheduling coordination, customer support, and other communications requested by callers or business customers.
Consent and Opt-In
End users consent to receive messages when they provide their phone number to a participating business or to Gentle Voice Group and expressly agree to receive SMS/MMS messages related to their request. Opt-Out Instructions
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any SMS/MMS message. After replying STOP, you may receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive messages from that messaging program unless you opt in again.
