Acceptable Use Policy
Rules that protect families, customers, and the Parting Portal service.
This policy applies to every Customer and authorized user of Parting Portal. Use the service only for lawful, authorized death-care and related business workflows.
Prohibited conduct
- Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, harassing, threatening, exploitative, or fraudulent activity.
- Do not upload malicious code, probe or bypass access controls, interfere with another tenant, scrape private data, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not send calls, texts, emails, marketing, or automated content without the permissions, disclosures, and opt-out handling required for that communication.
- Do not submit payment-card data, account passwords, or other secrets into free-text or AI-assistant fields.
- Do not represent automated output as verified professional advice or rely on the service as an emergency-dispatch system.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected abuse and limit affected functionality when reasonably necessary to protect people, data, providers, or the service. When practical, we will notify the Customer and provide a path to correct the issue. Report suspected abuse to support@gentlevoicegroup.com.
