Information We Collect

How We Use Information

SMS/MMS Privacy

SMS and MMS opt-in information, phone numbers, and message consent records are used only to provide the messaging program requested by the end user or our business customer.

We do not sell, rent, or share SMS/MMS opt-in information, phone numbers, or messaging consent data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Service Providers

We may use service providers, such as telecommunications carriers, messaging platforms, hosting providers, email providers, and software vendors, to deliver and support our services. These providers may process information only as needed to provide services to us and our customers.

Data Retention

Call recording and transcription depend on the service and the settings enabled for the account. When enabled, recordings and transcripts may be retained for authorized users. For answering-service call records, a deleted call remains recoverable for 30 days; after that recovery deadline, automated cleanup removes its sensitive call content. Other communications, including Phone System recordings, voicemail, faxes, and messages, follow the retention and deletion controls available for that service.

After sensitive content is purged, we retain limited non-content metadata when needed for billing, account security, fraud prevention, service integrity, aggregate reporting, legal obligations, and audit chronology, such as internal record relationships, timestamps, status, and billed usage. Other account, case, form, website, marketing, payment, or communication records may follow their own business or legal retention requirements. Customers may request correction or deletion of applicable information by contacting us.

Advertising Measurement on Our Public Website

If you allow advertising cookies, we use the Google Ads tag on our public marketing, signup, and inquiry confirmation pages to measure visits and advertising results. Google may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser information, page visits, and advertising click identifiers, and may store advertising cookies. We do not include this tag in customer portals, staff workspaces, case records, or private communications pages. Our integration does not send contact-form fields to Google or enable enhanced conversions or personalized advertising.

Choose Allow advertising cookies or Decline when prompted. You can change your choice using Cookie choices on our public pages. We remember that preference in your browser for up to 180 days and honor Global Privacy Control. Declining does not prevent you from using the website or contacting us. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
