Do I need to buy a desk phone?

No. Every paid extension can use the web phone and Parting Portal mobile app at no added charge. Hardware is optional.

Is fax included?

Yes. One fax line is included. The mobile app can send and receive faxes and scan paper documents with the phone camera. A Grandstream fax ATA is optional if you want to keep an analog fax machine.

Can I keep my current phone and fax numbers?

Yes. Add every number you want to port, identify it as voice or fax, and upload a recent phone bill for each affected location. Porting usually takes 2–10 business days after acceptance.

How are multiple locations priced?

The first Hosted PBX location is $199 per month. Each additional location is $149 per month, and each additional extension is $39 per month.

What if I leave Stripe Checkout?

No charge is completed. Your plan is saved behind a secure recovery link, and card information remains with Stripe.
